Hyderabad, Sept. 3: Telangana Police arrested 10 unlicensed practitioners during raids on clinics in Medchal Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts.
The Quthbullapur Special Operations Team (SOT), RC Puram zonal teams and local police conducted the raids.
Police raided 10 clinics and apprehended the practitioners for allegedly practising medicine without required qualifications or valid credentials.
Officials seized 10 stethoscopes, nine BP machines, 10 thermometers and other medical equipment from the clinics.

The accused were identified as Vurkala Buchaia, Mothukuri Sudhakar Chary, Darmagouni Anja Goud, Ramawath Prakash and Mekala Akshay Kumar.
The others were identified as Kodi Narayana, G Prahalad, Konapala Buchi Babu, S Srinivas Rao and P Gangaram.
Quthbullapur DCP N Koti Reddy said the accused operated clinics without the required medical qualifications or valid credentials.
Some clinics offered paediatric consultations and treatment. Others had beds for admitting patients, police said.
