Telangana Proved Its Capabilities: CM KCR
Hyderabad, July 4 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today stated that they have proved capabilities in major sectors by ruling in separate state though Andhra rulers spoke in belittling manner. With total commitment and dedication we are completing irrigation projects, addressed power problems and helping farmers, he claimed.
The chief minister participated in some development programs in Rajana Siricilla district here with ministers KTR, Niranjan Reddy, P Ajay Kumar , planning commission deputy chairman Boinpally Vinod Kumar and Chief secretary Sommesh Kumar and others.
KCR inaugurated an integrated collectorate building built by spending about Rs 64 Cr in 93 acres, a driving and research trading centre, nursing College and two bedroom houses in the district among others.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that the state government is for completion of irrigation projects to push Agricultue production in Telangana.
With our development programs farmers who migrated to other states are returning homes in Telangana which created wonders in Agricultue and irrigation departments. We created miracles in farm sector by producing 92.lakh metric tons of paddy and given to FCI. Of Rs 8000 Cr plan we spend half funds for sheep program and start second phase soon.
He announced to give pension to 57 years age group people in the state. KCR said that a medical college, and engineering college, Rs 5 Cr for community hall in the town he said.
The chief minister said to offer Rs 5 lakh insurance to kin of weavers community if died.
He slammed the opposition parties for criticism on irrigation projects as Kaleshwaram lift irrigation project was successfully completed. Mission Kakatiya helped to fill water bodies to push irrigation in villages. We will spend Rs 45000 Cr for SC development as the Government successfully lifted Godavari waters to 500 Mt above, he said.We offer Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, Rythu Vedikas, 24 hour power supply, to help farmers. No other states in the country implementing such programs. (Maxim News)
