Telangana Rain Forecast: Light to Moderate Showers Likely
Hyderabad: The Telangana Rain Forecast indicates that several parts of the state may receive light to moderate rainfall on Friday. The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre said thunderstorms with lightning are likely in many districts. Meanwhile, moderate rain was recorded in several areas across the state on Thursday.
Telangana Rain Forecast for Multiple Districts
According to the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre, thunderstorms with lightning may occur at isolated places in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Medak, Kamareddy and Nagarkurnool districts. Therefore, residents in these regions should remain alert.
The department said light to moderate showers are expected in parts of the state on Friday. However, rainfall activity may vary from one area to another. On Thursday, moderate rain lashed several districts across Telangana. This brought some relief from the prevailing heat in certain pockets.
In Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Aswaraopeta recorded 4 cm of rainfall. Meanwhile, Gudur Vargal in Mahabubabad district received 2 cm of rain. Kothagudem recorded 1 cm rainfall. These figures were shared by the weather department as part of its daily update.
Maximum Temperatures Remain High in Telangana
At the same time, maximum temperatures continue to remain high in many parts of the state. The weather department stated that Khammam district recorded the highest temperature at 34.4 degrees Celsius. Although rainfall was reported in some regions, heat conditions persisted elsewhere.
The Telangana Rain Forecast comes amid fluctuating weather patterns across the state. While some districts witnessed moderate showers, others experienced rising temperatures. Therefore, weather officials continue to monitor the situation closely.
