Telangana Rising Global Summit begins in Hyderabad
Telangana Rising Global Summit | Hyderabad, Dec. 8: The Telangana Rising Global Summit began on Monday at Bharat Future City, marking a major international event focused on investment, innovation and long-term development.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to reach the venue at 12:30 PM and first review summit stalls and exhibition areas ahead of the inaugural programme. The formal ceremony started at 1:30 PM in the presence of Governor Dr Jishnu Dev Varma, who will attend as the Chief Guest.
The Chief Minister will deliver the inaugural address and outlin the two year achievements of the state government. He will also present Telangana’s long-term growth roadmap and emphasised the state’s aim to build platforms comparable with major global economic forums.
Moreover, the summit is expected to host nearly 3000 participants, including international industry leaders and sectoral experts.
Telangana Rising Global Summit hosts key delegations
Following the inaugural session, the Chief Minister will began a series of bilateral and delegation meetings. These interactions, scheduled at 15 minute intervals, included one to one discussions and roundtable sessions. From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Chief Minister will participate in about 15 sector meetings covering manufacturing, logistics, electronics, textiles and MSME development.
Delegations from Korea, aerospace and defence companies, and global corporations such as Amazon and IKEA will attended the summit.
Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi will also join the event, along with representatives from Trump Media, Western Union, SIDBI and the World Bank. Officials from the University of London, Vantara and VinGroup will also have discussions with the state leadership.
Throughout the day, ambassadors and senior international delegates will interact with government teams to explore investment opportunities.
The sessions focused on partnerships in infrastructure, technology and strategic sectors, while agencies prepared follow up consultations.
The day will conclude with an official dinner at 7:00 PM for global delegates at Bharat Future City. The state government expects the two day summit to strengthen global engagement and expand economic collaboration.

Committee Headed By Retired Judge To Take Up Reorganisation Of Districts In Telangana; Report In Six Months
Hyderabad, Jan 13 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made a key announcement. He revealed that a committee will be formed with retired judges and retired officers on the reorganization of districts. He said that a report will be submitted on this within at least six months.
