Hyderabad, April 22: Telangana Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar urged RTC workers to resume duties amid the ongoing RTC strike, citing hardships faced by passengers.
He said RTC JAC leaders may continue their protest. However, he appealed to workers to consider public inconvenience.
RTC Strike Minister Urges Workers To Resume Duties
The minister highlighted that poor passengers face severe difficulties due to lack of transport. Therefore, he requested workers not to disrupt essential services.
He said the government is open to resolving demands through discussions. Moreover, he stressed that solutions can be reached without affecting the public.
Prabhakar added that the government is responding positively to workers’ concerns. He urged them to cooperate and restore normal services quickly.
He emphasised that public welfare must remain a priority. At the same time, he assured that genuine issues would be addressed.
