In a fifty-minute engaging session, the speaker dealt with Who you are, why you think, what you believe, discovering yourself, etc. 

Talent alone is not important.  Competency is not just sufficient. If you want to thrive at something, it requires more than just being talented. He said it requires grit, perseverance, passion, work ethic, and more self-awareness.
