Theft At Medchal Temple: Huge Jewellery And Cash Stolen

Hyderabad, Mar 1 (Maxim News): Thieves are rampant in Hyderabad. They are committing thefts day and night without any discrimination. They are committing theft not only in houses, offices, and banks but also in temples.

Recently, a theft was committed at the Kattamaisamma temple in Medchal. On Friday (February 28), the temple priests said that a theft was committed at the Kattamaisamma temple in Tummalacheruvu.  Around midnight, they broke the lackeys and entered the sanctum sanctorum and stole the valuable ornaments of the goddess.

They took away the gold necklace, nose ring, and silver earrings from the goddess’s neck.  Along with these, Rs 10,000 in cash donated for the temple’s anniversary and an Ahuja amplifier, temple priests said.  (Maxim News)
