Three Arrested For Consuming Drugs In Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Nov 1 (Maxim News): The Elite Action Group for Drug Law Enforcement (EAGLE) raided a pub at Jubilee Hills and caught three persons who had consumed drugs.
The trio was identified as Ch Dinesh Kumar (46), Bahadur Rohith Singh (31) and Banda Revanth Reddy (25), all residents of Hyderabad.
Acting on information, the EAGLE team raided the pub, caught the trio, and conducted tests on them. The police found that Dinesh had consumed opioids, while Rohith and Revanth had consumed ganja. A case has been registered against them.
In a separate case, the EAGLE team caught two drug peddlers and seized 20 grams of MDMA, 2 grams of cocaine, 100 grams of hydroponic ganja, and 12 LSD blots from them.
The drug peddlers – Shubham Kumar Singh (27), a resident of Lothukunta, and Rithik Shiva Nandam Kurup (24), a resident of Bowenpally – had procured the drugs from Kerala and were planning to sell them in the city, officials said. (Maxim News)
