Three Arrested For Illegal Procurement And Sale Of Fentanyl Citrate And Oher Drug-Related Injections

Hyderabad, July 26 (Maxim News):  The Telangana State Anti Narcotic Bureau (TS-NAB) along with Malkajgiri Poice on credible information apprehended 3 persons, who were illegally dealing with the procurement and selling of manufactured NDPS drug i.e. Fentanyl citrate injections, Morphine sulfate Injections, Midazolam Injection, Morphine Tablets, and Codeine Phosphate Tablets by making a fake NDPS license.  

The apprehended accused persons are  (1) Susheel Kumar Mishra, Age: 39 years, Occ: Medical Agency Business (A.S. Enterprises), R/o MJ Colony, Moulali, Medchal Malkajgiri Dist.  (2) Neha Chinthamanrao Bhagavath W/o Susheel Kumar Mishra, Age: 33 Years, Occ: Medical Agency Business (A.S. Enterprises) R/o MJ Colony, Moulali, Medchal Malkajgiri Dist.  (3) B. Uday Kiran, Age: 33 years, Occ: Regional Sales Manager at Rusan Health Care Private Limited, R/o Rakshapuram Colony, Chandrayangutta, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad and seized drugs (Injections, tablets)  worth Rs. 4 lakhs. 

According to Gummi Chakravarthy, SP, TSNAB, P.Ramesh Reddy, Inspector of Police and staff of TSNAB said that the accused Susheel Kumar Mishra and Neha Chinthamanrao Bhagavath are husband and wife residing in Malkajgiri have started a Medical Agency with the title as A.S. Enterprises in APHB Colony, Malkajgiri. They got experience in sales of manufactured NDPS drugs as mentioned above and thereafter started illegal businesses without having any NDPS license either to procure, store or sell the same. In connivance with the employee of Rusan Health Care Private Limited, (a manufacturing company based in Mumbai) they are procuring manufactured NDPS drugs by submitting a fake NDPS license copy and selling the dangerous manufactured NDPS drugs to various doctors, Hospitals, and individuals illegally.

The SP said, in recent times we have seen several youths/students getting addicted to Drugs, committing crimes, and involving in other anti-social activities. Several families have become victims of this menace. It is an ardent request from Hyderabad City Police to the youth/students not to fall prey to drugs and request the parents to keep a watch on the activities of their children and feel free to approach the police or pass information to the Police on Phone No. 8712671111 to curtail such anti-social activities and strive for Drug-free city.
