Three Bangladeshis arrested for illegal stay | Balapur Police

Hyderabad: Telangana police have arrested three Bangladeshi nationals for illegally staying in Hyderabad, claimed police.

Based on credible information, sleuths of Balapur police apprehended Mohammed Yousuf, Masum Billa and Mohammed Babu on Tuesday night, who had migrated to Hyderabad after illegally crossing the border and were staying in a rented house and working as laborers.

The 30-year-old Yousuf native of Jeshore District, Kulna state, Bangladesh, has obtained the Aadhaar card by furnishing the false information to the UIDAI authorities and based on the Aadhaar card, he also obtained the PAN Card and Voter ID Card from the concerned government authorities in Hyderabad.

A case under section 420, 468, 471 IPC and section 14 of foreigner act was registered against the three, who are staying illegally in India by doing labour work and even transferred money to their family members in Bangladesh through Union Money transfer.

The three were arrested and being produced before the court for judicial remand, police added.
