IPL 2020: Dates And Timings Changed

The Indian Premier League Governing Council (IPL GC) met today via video-conference to decide on the issues concerning the VIVO IPL 2020 edition. Taking note of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in India, the IPL GC decided to stage the tournament in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the matches will be played in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi subject to necessary clearances from the Government of India.

Covid-19: Karnataka Chief Minister Tests Positive

COVID-19: Home Minister Amit Shah Hospitalised

New Delhi: Home Minister Amit Shah has tested positive for coronavirus, which has infected more than 17 lakh people in the country. Sources said he has been admitted to Medanta hospital, located in Haryana's Gurugram near Delhi. In a tweet, the minister said his health was "fine" but he was being hospitalised "on the advice of doctors".

Police Arrest Four Accused In Actor Mohan Babu’s Threatening Case

Hyderabad, Aug.2 (Maxim News): The Pahadi Shariff police today arrested four accused, who have issued threats aiming prominent Telugu actor Mohan Babu and created a scene at his residence in Jalpally. The four accused came to the residence to Mohan Babu on Sunday morning and undertook their act. The Mohan Babu family reached the spot after receiving information from their watchman. It later lodged a complaint with the Pahadi Shariff police.
