While the mornings have seen clear skies and sunshine, sudden downpours during the evening hours have left several parts of the city waterlogged over the past two days.

Officials are anticipating severe traffic congestion, especially in key city zones, but with many IT offices closed today, a slight reduction in vehicular movement is expected.
