Toxic Box Office Day 4: Worldwide Gross Reaches Rs. 254.75 Crore

Mumbai, August 30: Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups continued its strong theatrical run on Saturday, with the Yash-starrer earning an estimated ₹24.50 crore net in India on Day 4. The film’s total India net collection has now reached ₹190.45 crore.

According to Sacnilk, Toxic earned the Day 4 collection from 17,612 shows across India. The film recorded a 9.9 per cent decline from Friday, when it collected ₹27.20 crore net.

The film’s India gross collection has reached ₹227.50 crore. Meanwhile, its overseas gross stood at ₹27.25 crore after adding ₹4 crore on Saturday.

Toxic Box Office Collection Day 4: Worldwide Gross Crosses ₹254 Crore

With its latest earnings, Toxic has reached a worldwide gross collection of ₹254.75 crore. The film opened with ₹101.10 crore net in India on Day 1.

The movie collected ₹37.65 crore on Day 2 and ₹27.20 crore on Day 3. Its four-day India net collection now stands at ₹190.45 crore.

The strong opening has helped Toxic maintain considerable momentum despite the decline in daily collections. However, its performance during the rest of the weekend will be important in determining its long-term box office prospects.

Hindi version leads Day 4 collections

The Hindi version remained the biggest contributor on Saturday. It earned ₹15.50 crore net with an overall occupancy of 23 per cent.

The Kannada version collected ₹6.60 crore and recorded the highest occupancy among the five language versions at 47.23 per cent. Its night shows recorded an impressive 62.15 per cent occupancy.

The Telugu version contributed ₹1.50 crore at 21.27 per cent overall occupancy. The Tamil version earned ₹75 lakh, while the Malayalam version added ₹15 lakh.

The Hindi version recorded 26.19 per cent overall occupancy, with night shows reaching 37.77 per cent. The Telugu version recorded 21.27 per cent occupancy overall.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups stars Yash in the lead role, alongside Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi.

The gangster drama is set against the backdrop of Portuguese-ruled Goa and follows Raya’s rise within a powerful criminal network. The film marks Yash’s return to the big screen after KGF: Chapter 2.

With the worldwide collection now nearing ₹255 crore, the film’s next target will be to maintain its momentum through the remainder of the weekend. Audience response and weekday performance will determine whether Toxic can sustain its strong theatrical run.
