TPCC to hold farmers’ Rachabanda program from May 21

Hyderabad, May 16 (Maxim News): TPCC has decided to hold a month long farmers’ Rachabanda program from May 21 across the state. The program will commence in the state marking the death anniversary of the party leader and former prime minister of the country Rajiv Gandhi. This was revealed by TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy while addressing media persons .

Speaking on the occasion he said that the party leaders and workers should hold an interactive session with the people of the state in all the villages of the state. He said that all the important leaders of the party should visit at least one village of the state . He said that the Rachabanda programs would be held till June 21. He said that he would take part in the Rachabanda program in the native village of Telangana ideologue professor Jaya Shankar . He said that they would appoint 15 important leaders of the party and asked them to take part in the Rachabanda program in 15 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state barring Hyderabad and Secunderabad seats. He said that the party leaders should make the programs a grand success.

Referring to the padayatra of the party leader Rahul Gandhi, he said that they would urge Rahul Gandhi to hold 100 kms of his padayatra in Telangana. Then party has adopted a resolution urging Rahul Gandhi to hold the first phase of his padayatra in Telangana. He said that the programs implemented by the party under his leadership like digital membership, Warangal declaration had brought a good name for the state unit of the party and added that they had also made Telangana model state of the party at the national level. He told the party leaders and workers that the party would come into power in year’s time and added that they would serve the people after coming into power.

The party has adopted a unanimous resolution adopting all the resolutions passed by the party at its Udaipur Chinthan Shibir. The resolution will be sent to the party president Sonia Gandhi. (Maxim News)
