Traffic Advisory For Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra

Hyderabad, Mar 26 (Maxim News): In connection with the “Sri Rama Navami Shobha Yatra“, scheduled to take place on 27.03.2026 at 9 a.m., onwards, from Seetharambagh Temple to Hanuman Vyayamshala School, Sultanbazar via., Bhoiguda Kaman, Mangalhat PS Road, Jali Hanuman, Dhoolpet Puranapul, Gandhi Statue, Jumerat Bazar, Chudi Bazar, Begumbazar Chatri, Bartan Bazar, SA Bazar Mosque, Shanker Sher Hotel, GowligudaChaman, Rammandir Kaman, Putlibowli X road, Andhra Bank X road, DMHS X road, Sultan Bazar X road, Royal Plaza T-Junction (Balaji Tiffin’s).

The traffic will be diverted at the below mentioned diversion points from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. As and when the procession passes from the particular junction the traffic will be allowed.

DIVERSION POINTS:

1. When the procession reaches Seetarambagh Temple, traffic coming from Asif Nagar towards Bhoiguda Kaman will be diverted at Mallepally X Roads towards Vijay Nagar Colony, Nampally, and Mehdipatnam.

2. When the procession reaches Friend’s Cafe, traffic coming from Aghapura and Bhoiguda Kaman by-lanes towards Seetharambagh will be diverted at Bhoiguda Kaman towards Aghapura and Habeeb Nagar.

3. When the procession reaches Bhoiguda Kaman, traffic coming from Darussalam towards Seetharambagh will be diverted at Aghapura X Roads towards Ghode-ki-Khabar or New Aghapura, Charkhandil X Road, and Nampally.

4. When the procession takes a right turn at Bhoiguda Kaman towards Mangalhat Market, traffic coming from Gandhi Statue towards Mangalhat will be diverted at Ghode-ki-Khabar towards Takkarwadi Junction or New Aghapura–Charkhandil X Road–Nampally.

5. When the procession reaches Jali Hanuman Temple, traffic coming from Puranapool and Jummerath Bazar towards Mangalhat will be diverted at Gandhi Statue towards Takkarwadi Junction or via Ghode-ki-Khabar/Puranapool.

6. When the procession reaches Rahimpura, traffic coming from Puranapool towards Gandhi Statue will be diverted at Puranapool X Roads towards Puranapool Darwaja, Karwan, Kulsumpura, and 100 Feet Road.

7. When the procession reaches Gandhi Statue, traffic from MJ Bridge towards Takkarwadi Junction will be diverted at Takkarwadi Junction towards Aghapura and Ghode-ki-Khabar. Traffic from MJ Bridge towards Afzalgunj/City College will be diverted via Jummerat Bazar Road towards City College, Begum Bazar Chatri, and Afzalgunj (Mortuary Road).

8. When the procession reaches Takkarwadi Junction, traffic coming from Begum Bazar Chatri will be diverted at Rani Avanti Bai Statue towards MJ Bridge.

9. When the procession reaches Rani Avanti Bai Statue (Jummerat Bazar), traffic from Begum Bazar by-lanes towards Gandhi Statue/Puranapool will be diverted at Labor Adda towards Alaska T Junction.

10. When the procession reaches Begum Bazar Chatri, traffic from Malakunta towards MJ Bridge will be diverted at Alaska T Junction towards Darusalam/Malakunta. Traffic from Rangachary Lane and Afzalgunj towards Begum Bazar will be diverted at SA Bazar (near Sri Krishna Jewellery) towards SA Bazar and MJ Market.

11. When the procession reaches Bartan Bazar, traffic from Afzalgunj by-lanes towards SA Bazar will be diverted at SA Bazar U-turn towards Afzalgunj/Salarjung Bridge.

12. When the procession reaches SA Bazar, traffic from Ajantha Gate and Jambagh (free left for two-wheelers) towards SA Bazar will be diverted at MJ Market towards Putlibowli and Rangmahal.

13. When the procession reaches SA Bazar Mosque, traffic from Nayapool towards SA Bazar mosque will be diverted at Afzalgunj T-Junction towards Central Library–Shivaji Bridge–CBS.

14. When the procession reaches MJ Market, traffic from Nampally and Abids towards SA Bazar Mosque will be diverted at M.J Market towards Jambagh, Putlibowli and Rangmahal.

15. When the procession reaches GPO Abids, traffic from Abids Road towards MJ Market will be diverted towards Bank Street and Andhra Bank. Road.
Note: Once the tail end of the procession reaches Shanker Sher Hotel, this diversion will be lifted.

16. When the procession reaches SA Bazar/Gowliguda Chaman, traffic coming from Putlibowli towards Shanker Sher Hotel will be diverted at Gowliguda Chaman towards Triveni Lodge and CBS.

Note: Once the procession tail crosses Putlibowli X Road, the diversion will be lifted.

17. When the procession reaches Shanker Sher Hotel, traffic coming from Rangmahal towards Gowliguda Chaman will be diverted at putlibowli X roads towards Jambagh and MJ Market. Traffic from Andhra Bank towards Gowliguda Chaman will also be diverted similarly.
Note: Diversions will be lifted after the procession crosses Putlibowli X Road/DMHS X Road.

18. When the procession reaches Rammandir Kaman, traffic coming from Chaderghat X Road towards Putlibowli/Jambagh will be diverted at Rangmahal Y junction towards CBS and Afzalgunj. (Maxim News) 
Note: Diversion will be lifted after the procession crosses Putlibowli X Road.

19. When the procession reaches Rammandir Kaman, traffic from GPO-Abids towards Putlibowli X Road will be diverted at Andhra bank X road towards DMHS X Road. Traffic from Abids Road towards Bank Street will be diverted at GOP-abdis  towards MJ Market.
Note: Diversions will be lifted after the procession reaches DMHS X Road.

20. When the procession reaches Putlibowli X Road, traffic coming from MJ Market towards Troop Bazar/Bank Street/GPO will be diverted at Yousuf & Company towards GPO, MJ Market.  

Note: Diversion will be lifted after the procession reaches DMHS X Road.

21. When the procession reaches Putlibowli X Road, traffic coming from Chaderghat towards Andhra Bank X Road will be diverted at DMHS X roads towards Sultan Bazar X Road.  Traffic coming from Sultan Bazar X Road towards Andhra Bank X Road will be diverted at DMHS X roads towards Chaderghat.

22. When the procession reaches Andhra Bank X Road, the traffic coming from Chaderghat X Road towards DMHS X Road will be diverted at Chaderghat X Roads towards Nimboliadda – Kachiguda X Road.

23. When the procession reaches Andhra Bank X Road, the traffic coming from Narayanaguda towards Badichowdi will be diverted at Kachiguda X Road towards Kachiguda Station Road. Traffic coming Abids road towards Andhra Bank will be diverted at GOP towards MJ Market

Note: Once the tail end of the procession reaches Royal Plaza T-Junction, the above diversion will be inoperative.

24. When the procession reaches Sultan Bazar X Road, traffic coming from Bata Road-King koti-Ramkote X road towards Pragati Tiffin Centre Road will be diverted at Boggulakunta X road towards Ramkote X Road/King Koti/Bata X Road.

Due to traffic diversions on 27th March 2026, the following junctions are expected to experience heavy congestion between 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M.  

 Begumbazar Chatri – S.A Bazar- Afzalgunj T-Junction – Shivaji Bridge Junction – CBS-Rangamahal Y-Junction -Putlibowli X road-Koti Andhra Bank-GPO Abids-MJ Market-Chaderghat-Kachiguda X road-Nimbolliadda

All commuters are requested to take note of above traffic arrangements and plan accordingly and cooperate with the Hyderabad Traffic Police.
