Hyderabad, Mar 26 (Maxim News): It’s a case of double trouble, as a tough week in terms of weather is ahead for the people of Hyderabad and districts in Telangana. The day temperatures will be near or more than 40 degree Celsius while thunderstorms, lightning, hailstorms and gusty winds are expected late in the evening or night.
On Thursday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Hyderabad issued a dual weather forecast, wherein, a majority of districts in Telangana will witness maximum temperatures between 36 degree Celsius and 40 degree Celsius.
The maximum temperatures are likely to cross 40 degree Celsius in the coming days in select districts of Telangana including Adilabad, Jogulamba Gadwal, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mahabubnagar, Mancherial, Nagarkurnool, Narayanpet, Nirmal and Wanaparthy.
At the same time, the IMD, Hyderabad has also issued a warning (orange) alert of heavy thunderstorms accompanied with lightning, gusty winds (40 to 50 kmph) to multiple districts till this month end.
The districts include Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Hanumakonda, Hyderabad, Jagtial, Jangaon, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Jogulamba Gadwal, Kamareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Mancherial, Medak, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Mulugu, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Narayanpet, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Rajanna Sircilla, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Siddipet, Suryapet, Vikarabad, Wanaparthy, Warangal, and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.
