According to the information available, the injured home guard was identified as Jangiah, aged 40. He was attached to the Falaknuma traffic police station and was on duty on Bahadurpura road at the time of the incident. He was in the process of placing barricades on the road to set up a check post. However, a speeding biker suddenly rammed into him and fled the scene without stopping.

Meanwhile, the impact of the collision left Jangiah injured on the road. Local people and fellow personnel rushed to help him. Later, officials shifted the injured home guard to a hospital for treatment. Police officials confirmed that he is receiving medical care, although no further details about his condition were provided.

Bahadurpura police take up investigation

Following the incident, the Bahadurpura police registered a case and began an investigation into the hit and run. Police officials said the biker involved in the incident escaped immediately after the collision.
