Tragedy At Ranganayaka Sagar Reservoir: Two Children Missing
Siddipet/Hyderabad, May 3 (Maxim News): Tragedy struck at the Ranganayaka Sagar reservoir in Chinnakodur mandal. Two children accidentally drowned in the reservoir. One of them died, while rescuers launched a search operation for the other.
Two families went to see the Ranganayaka Sagar Reservoir today during the summer vacation. The children of the families were playing happily and fell into the water. As a result, the boy and the girl drowned in the water. The alert family members informed the police.
The police, who reached the scene, reached the reservoir and launched a search operation with the help of divers. The girl’s body was taken out. A search is underway to trace the boy.
The police have identified the boy who fell into the reservoir as Miraj (15) and the girl as Arbas (15). The family members are in mourning. (Maxim News)
