TRS Leaders Ridicule Bhatti’s Useless Remarks On Kaleshwaram Mega Project

Hyderabad, June 18 (Maxim News): TRS leadership lashed out at senior Congress leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka for making “meaningless” comments on Kaleshwaram mega project.

Speaking to mediapersons at Khammam today, TRS spokesperson and MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and MLA Ajay Kumar alleged that the previous Congress rulers swallowed funds of the projects and did not care to complete them. They said Vikramarka was talking without any understanding on the project. The Congress leader must know the facts and the aims of the project before resorting to make such vague comments, Rajeshwar Reddy said.

The main aim of the project was irrigate one crore acres in the State and flourish the agriculture production, the TRS leader. With the commitment, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was completing the irrigation projects on a war-footing, he said, adding that the TRS government was spending enormous funds to achieve sustainable agriculture growth. However, the Congress, which failed to complete the projects are now moving the courts against them, he charged.

“The Congress was jealous of the projects and coming in their way of completion”, the TRS leader fumed. Despite the people scornfully rejected them in the local body polls, the Congress men failed to learn a lesson, the MLC ridiculed. He also said the Kaleshwaram project will be launched on June 21. He appealed to the people to celebrate the project launch to be attended by Maharashtra Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Chief Minister Devendera Fadnavis and AP Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, he informed.
