Panchayat Raj Minister E Dayakar Rao today said that the TRS party workers did not attack the BJP candidate for Nalgonda MLC segment Premender Reddy

Hyderabad, March 14 (Maxim News): Panchayat Raj Minister E Dayakar Rao today said that the TRS party workers did not attack the BJP candidate for Nalgonda MLC segment Premender Reddy. On the polling day of the MLC polls, Premender Reddy was reportedly injured after attack by the some TRS functionaries in old Warangal district. Premender and other BJP activists were shifted to Khammam hospital for treatment according to reports.

Dayakar Rao reacting on this told media persons that the TRS never attacked anyone and only stopped the BJP leaders from entering the poll booth for violating norms. We will enquire and see if there was any violation he said. To a query the minister further said that action will be taken against those who involved in the attacks. We condemn the attacks he said adding that the TRS party workers did not attack the BJP leaders.

The minister said that the BJP cannot violate the norms and dupe people through a false propaganda. The graduate MLC polls saw a record of about 72 per cent of voting.

This can be attributed to the graduates who are aware of the welfare by the TRS government he said. We are surely going to win the polls despite the false campaigns by the BJP, the congress and others, he said. (Maxim News)
