TRS Will Retain Power Again in Next Assembly Election: Gangula

Tirumala, Aug.1 (Maxim News): Minister for Civil Supplies Gangula Kamalakar said the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) would retain power for the third time consecutively in the ensuing Assembly elections to be scheduled in 2023 and K Chandrasekhar Rao would be again the Chief Minister for Telangana.

Minister Gangula Kamalakar along with family members had darshan of Lord Venkateshwara Swamy at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in the wee hours of Monday.

After darshan, Gangula was given Veda Ashirvachanam at Ranganayakula Mandapam. TTD officials had presented silk clothes and prasadan to the Minister.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Gangula said that he had offered prayers to the Lord, seeking the blessings for the wellbeing of Telangana people.

He said the people were happy with the welfare schemes and development programmes being implemented by the TRS government and they were owning KCR as an asset for the Telangana.

” Even though the opposition parties, including Congress and BJP have tried to criticise the TRS government, people are not ready to leave KCR and he will score a hat-trick as chief minister of the State by winning the polls for the third time,” Kamalakar said.

The Minister also informed that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams would be constructing a big temple in Karimnagar and the State government had already allocated 10 acres of land in this regard. (Maxim News)
