TSPSC Paper Leak Case: ED Filed Petition in Court Seeking Information From SIT

ED | Hyderabad, April 13 (Maxim News): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a petition in the Nampally Court saying that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) which has probed into the TSPSC paper leak case has not provided information on the case and asked the Court to direct SIT to provide information.

After registering the Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR), the ED focused on the financial transactions in the case. The main accused in the case, Rajasekhar, and Praveen, SIT did not cooperate with the ED investigation and approached the Court. Meanwhile, Shankar Lakshmi, the custodian of the confidential room, and Satyanarayana, the assistant section officer will go to the ED office shortly. ED is in the process of probing financial corners in the TSPSC paper leak case. Despite receiving ED notices, the two did not appear yesterday. ED will seek custody in Nampally court for the statements of Praveen and Rajasekhar.

Details are already collected through the public domain and registered by ECIR, ED found that a huge amount of money changed hands. SIT collected 7 lakhs from the TSPSC accused. It was found that 40 lakhs of money had changed hands. (Maxim News)
