TTD EO Visits SP Children’s & SV TATA Cancer Hospitals

Tirupati, May 1 (Maxim News): TTD EO Dr K S Jawahar Reddy here on Sunday inspected the locations of Sri Padmavati Super Specialty hospital and Sri Venkateswara Tata cancer hospital. As Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to lay foundation stone for the Children’s hospital and inaugurate the Tata cancer hospital on May 5, the EO inspected the ongoing arrangements for the same.

Speaking later at the BIRRD complex, the EO said the Children’s super Specialty Hospital to be built by TTD at a cost of ₹240 crore has seven departments. He said the Tata cancer hospital is ready to provide quality cancer Medicare. The TTD also has plans to upgrade the Cancer Care Centre at SVIMS to serve the people of the Rayalaseema region. He said the Chief Minister will also inaugurate a Smile Train ward for Children with cleft palate and hearing impairment. He said with all these medical institutions, Tirupati is all set to become a Medical Hub in South India.
