Two Died, 17 Injured As Tractor Trolley Going To Medaram Overturns In Bhupalpally
Bhupalpally/Hyderabad, Jan 28 (Maxim News) Two women died and 17 others injured when a tractor trolley in which they were travelling to Medaram overturned near Pegadapalli village in Mahamutharam mandal of Bhupalpally district.
The victims Kasturi Lakshmi (45) and her daughter Kasturi Akshitha (21) belonged to Muthampet in Koutala mandal Asifabad district. They came to Bommapur village of Mahadevpur mandal to join their relatives to go to Medaram Sammakka-Saralamma jatara.
When the tractor trolley reached Peddavagu area at Pegadapalli, the driver lost control of the vehicle and it overturned. When the accident took place there were around 20 persons in the trolley. The injured were rushed to the Bhupalpally Government Hospital.
IT Minister D Sridhar Babu, who was in Manthani town, rushed to the hospital; visited the injured and enquired about their health from the doctors. Those who were seriously injured were taken to MGM Hospital in Warangal for better treatment. (Maxim News)
