Two Died, One Injured In A Fire Accident In Yakutpura

Hyderabad, Oct 29 (Maxim News): An elderly couple died while a woman is battling for her life after a major fire at a house in Rein Bazar of Yakutpura on Monday night.

The couple, Heera Mohan Lal his wife Usha Bai, and a family member Shruti were present in the house when the fire started while the family was busy preparing food.

According to police, the edible oil in the pan got overheated and led to the fire that soon spread in the house. Some crackers stored in the house for Diwali also burst due to the fire.

On getting information, the police and fire personnel reached the spot and rescued Mohan, Usha, and Shruti.  They were rushed to a hospital where the couple – Mohan and Usha were pronounced dead.  The police evacuated people from adjoining buildings as a precautionary measure.  A case was registered.
