Unified Council National Talent Search Annual Awards presented

Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News): Unified Council Foundation organised Annual Awards-2018 ceremony for the toppers in National-level Science Talent Search Examination, (NSTSE), Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO), Unified International English Olympiad (UIEO) across the country and State-level Science Talent Search Examination (SLSTSE).

On the Occasion, chief guest Dr Hemalatha, Director, National Institute of Nutrition, felicitated the award winners along with Dr Yandamoori Veerendranath, renowed writer, Dr B.V. Pattabhiram, HRD trainer, Sanjay Jesrani, founder Go North Ventures at Ravindra Bharathi on Sunday.

“We are working to instil effective fundamental knowledge among the student community in Science, Mathematics, English and Computers. Our examinations are completely different from regular board examinations. We test skills, understanding, conceptual clarity and application skills of children. We set the question papers, which invoke students to think. Unified Council not only conducts examinations, but also provides unique analysis reports and measures to improve the skills in various subjects for students and schools”, Srinivas Kalluri, CEO, Unified Council said.

Award winners include 39 National-level rankers from NSTSE, 27 from UCO, 27 from UIEO, 27 State rankers from SLSTSE. Besides, best teacher and best performance school awards to teachers and schools respectively. This year over seven lakh students from Class I to XII wrote the examinations to strengthen their fundamental knowledge in Maths, Science, Computers and English. Students from Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman, Yemen, Russia, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran and Tanzania also participated in the talent search examinations.
