Union Bank of India Conducts U-Genius 2.0

Hyderabad, November 07, 2023Union Bank of India organized its grand finale of U-Genius, an Annual All India Quiz Competition for school students. The country-wide prelims culminated at the Grand Finale hosted in Mumbai at Sri Shanmukhananda Fine Arts & Sangeetha Sabha on 4th November 2023 with an audience of 2000+ enthusiastic schoolgoers.

The team from St.Paul’s English School, Bengaluru bagged the coveted Winner’s Trophy for their school. Quizzers from Krishna Public School, Raipur, emerged as 1st Runners -up and DAVPS Sec 49, Delhi stood as 2nd Runners-Up.

The event was graced by MD & CEO Ms A Manimekhalai cheering on the young minds along with the Executive Directors of the Bank.

The Competition is designed as a capacity-building initiative for young minds to inspire the spirit of learning and encourage curiosity and healthy competition.

The much-awaited Quiz competition saw participation by young quizzers of the country with 32,000+ students from prominent schools participating in U Genius 2.0. After its resounding success in 24 cities in 2022, the popular National Level General Awareness Quiz Competition U Genius 2.0 saw an increase in participation from 32 cities across the country.
