Urdu journalist | Hyderabad, August 21 (Maxim News): Senior Urdu journalist and Bureau Chief of INN News Channel Mr. Habib Ali Al Jilani passed away on Wednesday after a brief illness.

He was a prominent figure in the Telangana Urdu journalism community and was the vice-president of the Telangana Urdu Working Journalists Federation.
Habib Jilani is survived by his wife, son, and two daughters.
Funeral prayers of Al Jilani, a respected member of the Telangana Urdu Working Journalists Federation and Telangana State Union of Working Journalists – IJU will be held at Jamia Masjid Barkas after Maghrib prayers on Wednesday.

He will be laid to rest in a mass graveyard at Barkas, Hyderabad.

Several prominent figures in the Urdu media community, including MA Majid, President, Syed Ghouse Mohiuddin, General Secretary, M.A. Mohsin, Treasurer, MAK Faisal, Vice President of TUWJF, Chairman of INN News Channel and Hyderabad City Congress Committee President Sameer Waliullah, Sheikh Ahmad Ali (journalist and editor-in-chief- INN) and K. Virath Ali, State President, TSUWJ-IJU and others expressed deep sorrow over the death of Habib Ali Al Jilani.
