Uttam Accuses TRS, BJP Govts Of Affecting Interests Of Weaker Sections

Hyderabad, Feb.12 (Maxim News): TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy said BJP govt at Centre and TRS govt in State were taking several decisions that would affect interests of weaker sections of society.

Referring to the verdict of Supreme Court on the SC, ST reservations, the TPCC chief said SC had said the SC and ST reservations were not part of the fundamental rights of the respective communities. Speaking to media Persons here, he said the party would hold a massive dharna on the issue at dharna Chowk on February 16. He said they were strongly condemning the arguments made by the advocates appointed by the ruling BJP. He made it clear that such arguments were completely against the basic ideals of the Congress party. (Maxim News)
