Uttam Kumar Reddy Meets Union Minister Ashwin Vaishnav
Uttam Kumar Reddy | Delhi/Hyderabad, April 6 (Maxim News): Nalgonda MP Uttam Kumar Reddy met Union Minister Ashwin Vaishnav, which has been discussed in the present political scenario in the State.
On one side the Congress party along with BRS are not allowing the Parliament to function, on the other side, the Congress MPs from Telangana are meeting the Union Ministers.
However, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that he has asked the Union Minister to modernize railway projects in the Nalgonda district. He said that he appealed to improve transport and railway connectivity in the Nalgonda constituency and sanction a new railway line between Dornakal-Miryalaguda. Uttam said that the 90 km long railway line between Jaggaiyapet, Mellacheruvu, Janapadu, Vadapally, and Vishnupuram has been requested to be started soon. Uttam Kumar Reddy said that he requested to start passenger travel and services on the same route, said that this line will connect the cement factories, and wanted to take up a doubling line in these areas.
Uttam Kumar revealed that he requested to take steps to stop Vande Bharat trains at Nalgonda station, and the Minister responded positively on this issue and said that appropriate steps will be taken. The MP clarified that he promised to look into the issue at Miryalaguda station and the second Vande Bharat Express train will start soon. Uttam Kumar Reddy stated that he has asked the Union Minister to ensure that the Narayanadri, Visakha, and Chennai Express train stops at Nalgonda and Miryalaguda. (Maxim News)
