Vikarabad Collector Attacked: Ex-BRS MLA Patnam Narender Reddy Arrested

Hyderabad, Nov 13 (Maxim News): BRS leader and former Kodangal MLA Patnam Narender Reddy has been arrested by the police. To this extent, the police officials disclosed. He was first detained at his residence in Filmnagar and taken to the DTC center in Vikarabad for questioning.

Narender Reddy was arrested by the police based on allegations that he was involved in the attack on officials in Lagacharla of Vikabrabad district. He will be produced in court after the medical examination.

It is reported that Narendra Reddy spoke to Suresh, the key accused in the Lagacharla incident, Suresh, a resident of Manikonda, is currently absconding.  Four police teams are searching for him. On the other hand, the police are analyzing the data of phone calls made during the incident. The investigation is continuing based on the location of the cell phone tower. It seems that vital information has been collected in the case of the masterminds.

Former Minister Sabita Indra Reddy visited Narendra Reddy’s family after he was arrested by the police. Reached his residence in Filmnagar and spoke to them.

In the Lagacharla incident, 16 people were taken to police custody on Tuesday and four more were arrested on Wednesday. Among them, there are three others along with the brother of the main accused Suresh. They were taken to the hospital for a medical examination. The accused will be produced in court soon.  (Maxim News)
