Wakf Board – Umeed Portal Gains Strong Response Across Telangana

Hyderabad, Nov 26 (Maxim News): The Telangana Wakf BoardUmeed Portal reached twenty thousand enrolments out of the target of thirty three thousand. Officials said this clear rise shows strong trust in the new system.

Waqf officials noted that the portal aims to give clean and quick service to all eligible users. Officials also said the process gained speed after new steps taken by the board leadership.

TSWB CEO Md Asadullah took charge and launched strict daily checks. Asadullah reviewed district teams and guided them with simple targets.

He said the board wants full enrollment soon. He added that the portal will support minority groups with easy access. Staff and community groups praised his fast actions.

TSWB Chairman Azmatullah Hussaini toured many districts. He explained the Umeed Portal to field staff and local bodies. Azmatullah asked teams to help every applicant with clear steps. Hussaini said the new system will cut delays and build trust.

Citizens welcomed his field visits. They said these tours showed strong commitment. Elected Members Abul Fateh Syed Bandagi Badshah Quadri and Syed Akbar Nizamuddin Hussaini also joined the drive. Both the Members held meetings in villages and guided local teams.

Elected Members organized training camps for mutawallis to boost the upload work on the Telangana Wakf BoardUmeed Portal. They said trained mutawallis will raise enrolment speed in all mandals. Their camps drew large attendance.

Minority leaders said the field push helped the portal gain quick numbers. They noted that rural teams worked without breaks. They added that more awareness drives will raise the count even faster.

Officials released Rs. 1 Crore plus amount from the board account. They said this move will help staff focus on service. They added that payment discipline will remain a top rule.
