Hyderabad, Nov 3: In yet another road mishap, a private travel bus and an APSRTC bus collided early on Sunday morning in Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and all passengers escaped safely.
According to initial reports, the accident occurred due to a speed breaker on the route. The APSRTC bus, belonging to the Podili depot in Andhra Pradesh, was travelling towards Hyderabad when it collided with the private bus coming from the opposite direction.
The impact caused minor damage to both buses but did not result in any casualties. Local police reached the spot soon after the incident and cleared the road to ensure smooth traffic flow.
The accident once again raises concerns about road safety and the placement of speed breakers on busy highways. Officials are investigating the exact cause of the collision. (Maxim News)
