The incident reportedly took place in the Old City area, where the driver was seen seated beside a young woman while driving, ignoring road safety.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver appeared to be completely distracted, focusing on the woman instead of traffic.

A passerby recorded the video and uploaded it online, where it quickly spread across platforms. Many users condemned the act, demanding strict action against the driver for endangering lives.
Social media users argued that such reckless behavior on public roads could lead to accidents. Some pointed out that a passenger was seated behind the couple, highlighting the driver’s complete disregard for safety.

Similar incidents have been reported earlier, where couples were filmed showing public affection while riding motorcycles.
Police had then traced them using vehicle registration numbers and subjected them to counseling.
