WATCH | Party Defections Due To Lack Of Student Politics: CM Revanth

Hyderabad, Jan 12 (Maxim News): Student politics should come back in the state. In the past, political leaders came from universities. CM Revanth Reddy said that they provided good governance to the people. Today’s party defections are increasing due to the lack of student politics. He said that corruption is increasing.

CM Revanth Reddy said that the current legislatures lack inspiration. He said that not only the ruling party but also the opposition is very important in the legislature.

The Congress government is promoting student politics. That is why we took steps to strengthen universities as soon as we came to power, said CM Revanth Reddy. Universities have not been without VCs for some time now.  We appointed VCs to universities as soon as we came to power.

Senior BJP leader and former Maharashtra Governor Chennamaneni Vidyasagar Rao participated as the chief guest in the book launch of his autobiography at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad on Sunday (January 12, 2025).

Speaking on the occasion, CM Revanth Reddy said that Vidyasagar Rao was an impeccable and exemplary leader.  He said that despite being in politics for a long time, no one has pointed a finger at him.
