Hyderabad, 31 January 2025: Hyderabad is set to become a hub for science and innovation with the upcoming Science City at CSIR-IICT. The Government of India is building this exciting project with a budget of ₹232.7 crore.
What’s Inside Science City?
The Science City will have fun, interactive, and hands-on exhibits to spark curiosity and inspire young minds. Some of the main attractions include:
- Astronomy & Space Science
- Robotics & Innovation Hub
- 3D Digital Dome Theatre
- Walk-Through Aquarium
- Motion Simulator
- Student Activity Zones

This project aims to make science fun and engaging for students and researchers in Telangana. By providing hands-on experiences, it will help young minds learn, explore, and innovate.
