Water Supply Disrupted in Hyderabad Due to Major Leak
Hyderabad: There is a massive leak in the Krishna Water Supply phase-1 pipeline, affecting water supply in several parts of Hyderabad. This leak is located at Devatpalli and is currently being repaired.
Officials under the supervision of HMWS&SB MD Ashok Reddy are working to deal with the issue on a war footing. The repair work is expected to be completed by 3:00 pm this afternoon.

Water Supply Disrupted in Hyderabad
Water supply to the following areas will be interrupted or partially interrupted as a result of the repair work.
O&M Division – 1: Miralam, Kishan Bagh, Aljubail Colony, Bal Shetty Keth
O&M Division – 2(A): Santosh Nagar, Vinay Nagar, Saidabad, Chanchal Guda, Usman Garh, Yakut Pura, Madanpet, Mehboob Haveli;
O&M Unit – 2(B): Riyasat Nagar, Aliabad
O&M Division – 4: Boggula Kunta, Afzal Ganj
O&M Division – 5: Narayan Guda, Addic Met, Shivam Road, Nallakunta, Chilukala Guda
O&M Division – 10 (A): Dilsukh Nagar Area
O&M Department – 20: Bongulur
O&M Department – 22: Manneguda
Residents in these areas are advised to use less water during this time.
