“We executed Operation Sindoor with great precision.  Our troops performed extremely well in that 88 hour operation.  We were able to destroy terror camps.  We killed nearly 100 terrorists.  At that time, we moved a large number of forces to the borders.  Even if Pakistan made a small mistake, we were fully prepared to launch ground attacks,” the Army Chief explained the situation at that time.

He also revealed that the situation on the northeastern border is stable, but it is important to be vigilant.  Speaking about the security on the Chinese border, he said that Indian deployments are strong.  He indirectly warned Pakistan that any undesirable incidents in the future will be dealt with effectively.  He said that although the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive, it is currently under control.  (Maxim News)
