Wearing Masks Made Mandatory In Karnataka

Bangalore/Hyderabad, Dec 26 (Maxim News): The bordering state of Telangana, Karnataka has issued orders that the people must wear masks including in movie theatres, schools, and colleges. It has also mandated that the participants of the New Year celebrations in pubs, restaurants, and bars must wear masks.

In the wake of the warnings that there is a threat of the corona epidemic breaking out again, the Karnataka government has taken this decision. It has also been clarified that the New Year celebrations should end on December 31 by 1 pm, but the Karnataka government has said that there is no need for people to panic about Corona and it is enough to take precautionary measures. It concluded that all these guidelines will come into effect immediately. (Maxim News)
