When Will Farmer Loan Waiver Be Completed? Kadiyam Srihari

Farmer Loan Waiver | Hyderabad, Feb 14 (Maxim News) BRS MLA Kadiyam Srihari said that Rs. 1.36 lakh crore per year is needed for the promises made by the Congress party in the elections.  He spoke in the debate held in the Legislative Assembly on Vote-on-Account Budget.  Statistics were read out saying that economic development had taken place during the ten years of BRS rule.

There has been significant development in Telangana under the rule of KCR.  Congress has given 13 guarantees in the name of six guarantees.  Minorities, SC, ST, BC, Youth Farmer and Women declaration were announced.  If we count the assurances given by that party, there are 420.  The budget introduced now is not enough to implement the six guarantees.  This is in addition to the cost of declaring declarations including loan waivers.  They said that farmers’ loans will be waived off on December 9. That is what we are asking.

He said that 3,500 houses will be sanctioned for the constituency.  4.16 lakh houses in 119 constituencies are required for which Rs. 24 thousand crores is needed.  Only Rs. 7 thousand crores have been allocated in the budget.  Under the Mahalakshmi scheme, each woman will be given Rs. 2500. Even if it is given to one person in the house, it needs Rs. 20 thousand crores.  This is not mentioned.  The government should explain how and when the farmer loan waiver will be completed.

Kadiyam Srihari claimed that along with the new Ayakat stabilization was done by Kaleswaram.  Don’t mislead people by making a lot of noise about that project.  Many reservoirs have come under Kaleswaram.  We have increased the water storage capacity.  The project includes barrages, pumphouses, canals and substations.  Only 2 or 3 pillars in Medigadda have collapsed, which is a part of it.  Take action against those responsible in the matter.  We have no objection, said Kadiyam Srihari.  (Maxim News)
