Will Not Leave Even Leaders: HYDRA Commissioner’s Warning

Hyderabad, Sept 14 (Maxim News):  HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath made it clear that they are not going to those who built houses years ago in the FTL and buffer zones. He said that the government will take a policy decision on this matter. He said that those who are doing business in ponds, FTL, and buffer zones are their target.

Speaking as a Chief guest at a program organized by the media as the chief guest, he answered the questions rates of Lawyers, Journalists, and representatives of various communities. He cleared the doubts expressed on the activities of HYDRA.

He rejected the criticism that HYDRA has no legitimacy.  It was formed by G.O. He reminded us that in the past, organizations like the Planning Commission and ACB were also formed by G.O.

He said that some people are encroaching on the poor in some places. Their residences were removed in that order.

He said that the court had previously given orders to remove the constructions undertaken on the Ramnagar nala. They said that they had implemented those orders. The same was done in the case of lime pond encroachments.

He expressed happiness over the High Court’s comment yesterday that they have just started the work.  HYDRA will be further strengthened according to the requirements in the coming days. 

He said that the Secretary of Gram Panchayat has permitted the constructions undertaken by them recently in Dundigal. It is not valid. In some places, they are creating fraudulent papers with old dates as if they had been permitted by the Sarpanch.

Cases are being registered against such people. He said that cases will also be filed against the builders who encroach on ponds and other government lands and sell them.

He clarified that cases are being registered against officials who have permitted without following the rules. If it is found that politicians are behind them.  cases will also be registered against them.

He said that the demolition would be done even during the night. There will be a lot of background work behind it. Demolition is being done only after collecting details from all angles.

A pond in Madhapur has been destroyed and construction has been started. The details related to this are being collected through satellite images, old village maps, etc.

HYDRA has no authority to issue notices.  It is said that the canals that carry water from one pond to another pond have also been diverted as per their will.  They are also collecting the details related to this. (Maxim News)
