Will Similar Action Be Taken Against All Of Them? Smita Sabharwal
Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): IAS Officer Smita Sabharwal appeared before the Gachibowli police for questioning on Saturday. It is known that she has also received notices for a post she made on social media regarding the Kancha Gachibowli land issue.
Today, she attended the interrogation at Gachibowli PS and gave a statement. Then she posted a message on her X account. “As a law abiding person, I explained the questions asked by the police. I fully cooperated with the police. I did to post anything. I retweeted the Hi Hyderabad post. 2,000 people shared the same post. Will you treat all of them the same way?”
Will you issue similar notices and take similar action against all of them? If you don’t do this, it will be like targeting a few people. it will be like acting against the principles of natural law. To what extent is this correct? justice should be equal for all. Is the law equal for all? Are you targeting only the selected ones?” she said.
Meanwhile, notices were issued to her on the Kancha Gachibowli land issue on the 12th of this month. These developments took place in the wake of her sharing fake photos on social media that went viral, claiming that this was the condition of wildlife in Kancha Gachibowli. However, even after receiving the notices, some of her retweets on social media became the subject of intense discussion. (Maxim News)
