This approach aims to improve startup’s survival rate as they attract the best talent to solve problems of National importance. Whether individuals are working on their own ideas or in startups, they essentially become entrepreneurs, and fostering startup success can lead to more job opportunities. Our primary focus is on nurturing entrepreneurs, particularly in the gaming and interactive entertainment sector, which has a global potential of $30 billion, offering India a significant opportunity for growth.”

WinZO has earmarked a substantial fund of $50 million to support promising gaming startups across the globe, independent game developers and technology based innovative product solutions. This initiative provides a unique opportunity for students and faculty from these institutions to access funding for their projects.

WinZO’s collaboration with Telangana’s top institutions reflects its dedication to fostering gaming talent, innovation, and economic growth within the state. As the gaming industry experiences ongoing expansion, WinZO and its collaborators are well-positioned to make substantial contributions, not just in terms of job creation but also in elevating export figures. While pharmaceutical products remain India’s leading exports, primarily driven by Telangana, our vision is to diversify export avenues, with gaming emerging as a prominent contributor, thanks to the combined efforts of our partners and the exceptional talent pool in Telangana.
