The governor said in her message that our heritage, culture, and traditions for centuries respect, honour, and worship women as the personification of Goddess “Shakti“.

“We should express our gratitude to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, for his unwavering commitment to women’s empowerment and gender equality, as exemplified by his instrumental role in passing the Women Reservation Bill 2023. His visionary leadership and dedication to fostering “nari Shakti” make him a true champion of women’s rights and representation in our democracy, she said.
