Visakhapatnam, May 11 (Maxim News): Hailing decision of state chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy to pay ₹1 crore each as compensation to the family members of the victims of tragic gas leakage incident, Andhra Pradesh ministers Botcha Satyanarayana, Dharmana Krishna Das and K. Kanna Babu today said that their Chief Minister was a leader with a golden heart.
They made these remarks after distributing ₹1 crore cheque to each of the 8 families of the victims. Speaking on the occasion, they said that they would they would hand over the compensation of ₹1 crore to the family members of the remaining victims after the completion of the process of identification of the legal heirs of the victims. They said that they had deposited the compensation amount in a bank and handed over the documents related to the deposit of the ₹1 crore compensation in the banks to the family members of the victims.
Speaking to media persons, the ministers have said that CM Jagan had announced the massive compensation with an objective to extend immediate help the family members of the victims. They said that the CM held a meeting on issue on Sunday and asked the officials to give ₹1 crore compensation to the family members of the victims on Monday morning. Commenting on those who are undergoing treatment at hospitals, they said that they would identify all those who are fit to be discharged and will rush to them to safe places. They said that the doctors had told him more patients would be discharged from the hospitals on Tuesday. come to the rescue has said that state minister.

The ministers also said that they would give away ₹10,000 to all those affected villages of the state with the help of village volunteers.
