YS Sharmila Slams Niadu For Not Fulfilling Even A Single Promise

Amaravati, March 25 (Maxim News): YSRCP leader Y S Sharmila on Monday launched scathing attack against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu alleging that the latter had not fulfilled even a single promise out of 600 he made during the last five years. She also alleged that the Chief Minister had taken up the Polavaram project works with an intention to make illegal money instead of fighting for Central government’s funds.

YS Sharmila cited the instance of Polavaram project as a classic case of Chandrababu Naidu’s corruption. The estimated cost of the project was hiked from Rs 14,000 crore to over Rs 60,000 crore, she remarked. Addressing mediapersons at the party office, Sharmila said she would also take part in election campaigning and work hard for victory of the party candidates. Targeting Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan, Sharmila alleged that the Jana Sena Party was a B-team of the TDP. She also said while Pawan was an actor, Chandrababu was a director. She cautioned the voters that casting votes for JSP would be like casting vote for the TDP.

“Chandrababu came to power riding the slogan of ‘Babu will bring jobs,’ but the only person, who seemed to have got a job was his son Nara Lokesh, who was given three portfolios despite the fact that he has zero political experience and has not won a single election. As for the unemployed poor of the State, they continue to languish without jobs, and the government failed to issue any employment notifications. Chandrababu made his son IT Minister probably because Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s son KTR was made IT Minister in the neighbouring State.

In trying to compete with Telangana, the TDP government claimed that it had attracted Microsoft to AP, but the IT Giant denied this completely, exposing the hollow claims of Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh. The IT Minister of AP transferred sensitive information relating to citizens of the State, including the number of women and their bank account details, to a private company. What has Chandrababu Naidu’s response to this? YS Sharmila pointed out that instead of punishing the culprits, the AP Chief Minister was “shamelessly” protecting them.
