YSRCP will get only 67 seats in Assembly polls, says Pawan Kalyan

Amaravati, Sept.18 (NSS): Jana Sena Party (JSP) founder-president Pawan Kalyan today predicted that the YSRCP would get only 67 seats in the next Assembly elections. He made these remarks while citing a survey.

Addressing the legal cell meeting of his party at Mangalagiri, Pawan alleged that the ruling party had not fulfilled its promises made to the people in the last Assembly elections. He said he formed his political party in order to serve the people and fight for their problems. He said the people were facing the consequences for voting the YSRCP to power in the 2019 elections.

He made it clear that he was ready to face problems and hardships till he registered a victory in the elections. Stating that his party was getting popular in the State, Pawan Kalyan said the party should come to power in the next Assembly elections. He called upon the party leaders and workers to take the party to the doorsteps of the people and added that they should work hard in the Assembly seats where the party is strong.

He made it clear that he would field the candidates, who can win the elections for the party. He announced that he postponed the Jana Sena Yatra scheduled to be held in October and added that he would hold the Yatra after strengthening the party. He also announced that he would hold constituency-wise reviews of the party very soon.

Making it clear that it will be impossible to bag power at a fast pace in the State, Pawan Kalyan said he can’t do it what NTR did after forming his TDP. He said he was trying to bring change to the State. (NSS)
