Residents of Musi River have been protesting against this program on a large scale by the government. On the other hand, the State government has insisted that the Musi River will be beautified.

However, Revanth Sarkar gave a sweet talk to the residents of Musi. It has announced that the government will provide double-bedroom houses and financial assistance of Rs. 25,000. Hyderabad District Collector Anudeep has released a statement to this effect.  (Maxim News)
