Hyderabad: Unidentified men allegedly broke open an Axis Bank ATM at Satamrai near Shamshabad and escaped with around ₹32 lakh in cash, police said.
The theft came to light on Tuesday, October 6, after the ATM was found damaged. Preliminary reports indicate that the suspects struck around midnight and took the cash stored inside the machine.
Police reached the spot after bank officials alerted them about the robbery. A clues team also inspected the scene and began collecting evidence.

The suspects allegedly used gas cutters to break open the ATM and access the cash compartment. Police are examining the circumstances of the break-in and searching for those involved.
Investigators are also checking CCTV footage from the surrounding area to identify the suspects and trace their movements. A case has been registered, and the investigation is underway.
The exact amount stolen is yet to be confirmed officially. Police have not announced any arrests so far, and further details are awaited.
