14 Thousand Acres Land Already Been Acquired For Future City
Hyderabad, Mar 13 (Maxim News): The Future City Development Authority (FCDA) will allocate land for universities, AI City, electronics, various industries, entertainment zone, furniture park, health city, life sciences hub, sports hub, residential and commercial areas to be built as part of the Future City.
The government has already allocated 14,000 acres of land for this, However, it is expected that there will be changes in the allocations for life sciences as it has been decided to continue green pharma companies in this.
In addition to giving about 6 to 8 thousand acres to non-polluted pharma companies, another 4 to 5 acres are planned to be given to the companies for housing, schools, hospitals, and other infrastructure as part of the Future City. While it has been decided to give 297 acres to AI City, it is expected to give another 250 acres in addition to it. It is planned to allocate more than 600 acres for the university zone.
The government intends to allocate 6,000 acres for electronics and general industries, 550 acres for the entertainment zone, 450 acres for the furniture park, 550 acres for the health city, 3,000 acres excluding pharma companies in the life sciences hub, 3,500 acres for residential and commercial areas, 2,000 acres for residential areas, and 850 acres for the sports hub, the FCDA will monitor the allocations.
